This policy describes what VALTIVRA collects when you use valtivra.org, request beta access, or sign in to the subscriber dashboard, and what is done with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed; it is short because we collect little.

Data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV (United States) and processed by Cloudflare Pages. Sign-in links and acknowledgements are sent through Resend (email delivery). Requests you send us arrive in a mailbox hosted by Google. No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing. It is seen by Shane J. Hladinec and by those service providers in the course of providing the service.
Sign-in link tokens expire after 15 minutes. Rate-limit counters expire after 24 hours. Account records, beta requests and usage logs are kept for the life of your account and for 12 months after it is closed, then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer.
Email [email protected] to see the data held about you, correct it, or have your account and its records deleted. Signing out clears the session cookie; you can also delete it in your browser.
The service is for professional use and not directed at anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes and subscribers are told by email.
